Dave Kutch

"Great sounding records by great artists in a very sexy, elegant and productive environment, accompanied by the level of service found at a five star hotel"

That was our mantra when I built The Mastering Palace four years ago and it is still our mantra today as we evolve and adapt to our clients ever changing needs.

Michelle Mancini

Michelle joined The Mastering Palace in 2008, and has quickly proven herself to be a valuable asset to the studio and to our clients.

She currently serves as studio manager and continues to train and work as an assisting engineer under the direction of Dave Kutch.

Michelle can accommodate both your scheduling and technical needs.

Tatsuya Sato

"Tats", a Tokyo native, is the latest addition to The Mastering Palace's engineering roster.

Prior to his transition into mastering, Tats received a Grammy nomination for Album of The Year for his engineering work on Kanye West's, "The College Dropout".

Most recently a mastering engineer at Sterling Sound in NYC, he worked on numerous albums. Tats' approach to mastering incorporates his experiences in recording, mixing and producing. He now brings his vast collection of experiences to The Mastering Palace, and we look forward to his future successes therein.

Mastered for iTunes

Apple has recently embarked on its Mastered For iTunes initiative, and The Mastering Palace was contacted to join them in their initial stages.

The Mastering Palace can create and send masters that meet Apple's Mastered for iTunes specifications.

Private Mastering

Unlike most mastering studios, The Mastering Palace can come to you. Dave Kutch has mastered both of Alicia Keys' last two albums in her live room at her personal studio.

We have a complete duplicate of Dave's mastering room ready to travel. It can be set up and ready for mastering in three days. Security, comfort, and the ability to make final mastering decisions in your normal listening environment are just a few of the advantages to working like this.

Please contact us to further discuss the benefits and logistics of bringing our studio to you.
